Refund/Return policy
We have a 15-day return/refund policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.

To be eligible for a return/refund, please make a video while receiving & opening the product and item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please make a video while receiving & opening the product, we will not return/refund or exchange the product if video is not provided correctly.

To start a return/refund or exchange. 
Please provide a proper video of receiving & opening the product over mail. 
Then return/refund or exchange items will need to be sent to the following address [A-11, Basement, Okhla Industrial area Phase 1, New Delhi-110020] on customer/buyer expense. 
If your return/exchange is accepted, then only we will start the return/refund or exchange process. 
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/refund or exchange will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please make a video while receiving & opening the product, inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please provide the unboxing video so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you provide the valid unboxing video, then only we request you to send the package to the given address [A-11, Basement, Okhla Industrial area Phase 1, New Delhi-110020] on customer/buyer expense after that we will start the return, exchange & refund.


Exceptions  non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept return/refund or exchange on sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
